Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2024 UAG Conference in Marco Island, Florida! With over 700 attendees and the highest vendor participation in the last few years, it was the most successful conference in UAG history—all thanks to each of our attendees.
Time spent learning from industry experts and connecting with members from around the country reminded us of what makes UAG different. We’re more than just a group purchasing organization; we’re a team committed to helping each other grow personally and professionally.

Conference Highlights
During this year’s conference, we gained key insights into the pool and spa industry, networked with fellow pool and spa professionals, and enjoyed some much-needed rest and relaxation. It was the perfect way to celebrate UAG’s 61st anniversary. Here are some highlights from the United Aqua Group Conference 2024.
February 25th
Members attended the welcome reception dinner and cocktail hour at scenic Tiki Beach.
February 26th
Members enjoyed delicious meals at the resort and attended the shareholder meeting and retail and service trade show.
February 27th
We heard from our highly anticipated keynote speakers and learned new ways to buy and save from vendor presentations. Members attended the residential and commercial trade show, and we hosted a vendor appreciation party.
February 28th
We hosted the annual golf tournament and auction at the resort course, which raises money for the UAG Foundation and Scholarship fund. We raised $102,000—the most we’ve ever raised at this event. We also hosted the black-tie Awards of Distinction Dinner Gala where our members showed up and showed out in their best attire for a wonderful evening.
February 29th
We wrapped up the 2024 conference and said our goodbyes.
2024 UAG Awards
Since our founding in 1963, UAG has been committed to excellence in everything we do. One way we recognize the remarkable skills and craftsmanship of our members is by giving out awards, which are presented at the conference each year.
Our first-ever Award of Distinction—which honors one member who shows an exceptional collaboration with UAG and understanding of how UAG benefits their business—was awarded to Emerald Pools and Spas. Congratulations to business owner, Jacob Fladhammer and the Emerald Pools and Spas team!
We granted additional awards for noteworthy retail store design, marketing, and community outreach along with pool designers and builders for outstanding projects completed over the past year. The winners were:

- Salvation Army Bell Ringing (silver award)
- Rockin Little Rock EGGFest 2023 (silver award)
- Lovepacs (silver award)
- Adopt-A-Spot- Keep Corinth Beautiful (silver award)
